Way back in 2005, Andrew Starykowicz passed me in the last 1/4 mile of Age Group World Championship to knock me out of the top 10. While I've never forgiven him for that, I can't help but admire his attitude when it comes to training and racing. Over the past year or so, he's transformed from a biker who can swim and sometimes run into a formidable top-level triathlete. He won the 2011 Rev3 series and I'm hoping to reverse the tides of 2005 this coming year.
